Losing someone is one of the worst things that can happen to you, whether it be sudden or expected, it still hurts and stuns you. Wilo was absolutely fantastic to our family in our time of need. She visited our home and chatted to us all about our Brother in Law who we lost so suddenly. It was actually lovely to talk about him and gave Wilo a great insight into the type of man he was. Wilo pointed us in the right direction to organise the things we needed to get the day organised as we wished. EVERYONE commented on what a wonderful day it had been.
